Problems have arisen again in the waste management of the valley. The locals have obstructed the dumping of garbage in Bancharedanda saying that they will not abide by the agreement reached between the government and the representatives of the garbage dumping area.
But this morning, the locals have stopped the vehicles carrying garbage from Kathmandu on the way. An employee of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City informed that they have not been allowed to dispose the garbage saying that they will not abide by the agreement. The stench has increased due to the accumulation of garbage on the road.
