The Banke administration has taken initiative to create a conducive environment for the real farmers who buy manure from India and use it in their farms. Chief District Officer Surya Bahadur Khatri informed. The manure brought from India on bicycles and motorcycles reaches Kohalpur, Baijnath and Rapti Sonari villages of Banke.
According to him, it has been instructed to create a conducive environment for importing manure whether it is for commercial purposes or for use in one’s own farm. He said that the decision had to be taken on the basis of practicality despite the ban.
