
Bishwas Shrestha of Mahendra Bhawan School and Sunita Rokay of Anmol Jyoti School have won the title of Road Race organized on Olympic Day. In the boys’ road race organized by Brihaspati Vidya Sadan (BBS) School on Saturday, Pradip Roka of Shanti Vidya and Abhushan Singh of Anmol Jyotika bagged second and third place respectively in boys.
The winners received medals and certificates along with shields. The winners were awarded by Chaturananda Rajvaidya, Vice President and Executive Director of Nepal Olympic Committee, Gobardhan Shrestha, Chairman of Sports and Environment under the Olympic Committee and Kumar Thapal, Principal of BBS. Around 120 students from 10 schools competed in the road race. Secretary of Sports and Environment Dolma Lama Shah informed that the winner of BBS’s internal house was also selected from the same road race.
