Bijen Shrestha has won the individual title of the second Masters Triathlon organized by the Nepal Triathlon Association on the occasion of Olympic Day. This is the second title of Bijen. He has won this title before. Bishal KC and Amagya Shrestha came second and third respectively in the competition organized at Jayshree Siddhi Ganesh Swimming Pool in Bode, Madhyapur Thimi. There was swimming, 3.5 km cycling and 1 km running.
The team of Abhinash Shrestha, Abhishek Shakya and Ijesh Shrestha bagged the first place in the relay. Ananda Lepcha, Gai Rogij and Ram Kasyap’s team bagged the second place and Nishan Shrestha, Samyuk Prajapati and Nisha Shrestha bagged the third place. On the occasion, Dhiraj Pratap Singh, Vice President of the Nepal Triathlon Association and Nilendra Raj Shrestha, President of the Nepal Triathlon Association presented certificates and certificates. About 100 people participated in the competition.
